CHINA’S ULTERIOR PLAN

CHINA’S ULTERIOR PLAN

Over the past 19 years, the Chinese Government (Communist Party) has systematically persecuted citizens who ascribed to the Falun Gong meditation practice, based on the moral teachings of truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. The media was used to turn public opinion by slandering the practice, whilst the Chinese ‘Gestapo’ pursued, arrested and immediately sentenced them to labour camps, prison and/or re-education (brainwashing) centres in the complete absence of any legal process. Consequently, thousands of citizens have been tortured to death or suffered aggravated permanent disability.

Control Freedoms

This strategy of controlling ‘Freedom’ is all too similar to how the Nazis quickly began to assert their control over the German people and how they dealt with all forms of opposition by developing multiple concentration camps. Hitler and the Nazis sought to control every part of public life, including employment, education and the economy. The Nazi Party used all the propaganda at their disposal to reinforce their views on the German public.

Similarly, the Chinese Government has control over the TV/Print/Social media spectrum, access to its market by foreign companies, freedom of speech, movement of capital, interest rates, internet censorship and religion. This control extends to what Chinese citizens say in public, at work or in buildings where people congregate with the very real threat that it will result in governmental acts of retribution. Government spies abound across all walks of like, stealthily looking out for any examples of citizen disobedience that can be documented and used as evidence against them to justify punishment.

China is moving towards becoming a totalitarian society, where the government controls the private lives of its citizens, where all available information for companies and individuals is located in one repository with the intent of assigning everyone a ‘score’ based on their political, commercial, social and legal ‘credit’.

The overriding control mechanism is that if trust is broken in one place, restrictions are applied across a variety of areas to inflict punishment, such as no access to loans, restrictions on travel and preventing access to government services. A whole range of privileges can be denied, where people and companies breaking social trust would also be subjected to expanded daily supervision and random inspections. In the absence of any due process, these restrictions will be applied indefinitely. Harnessing the power of data storage, artificial intelligence, security cameras, smartphones, ecommerce and social media, the platform will also highlight court, police, banking, tax and employment records leading to total and unilateral control.

Control Minds

Religious freedom in China is being taken away by the Communist government as it seeks to exert more control over the minds of its citizens. Since 2013, the dictatorship has systematically enforced a campaign of absolute control over religious worship by tearing down the crucifixes that adorn the exterior gables and walls of all Christian churches. A number of churches have been completely demolished whilst government employees have been banned from practising religion.
The official commentary from the Government owned and operated media machine including television, newspapers and the internet, has stated that these actions were justified because of “safety concerns” and that church staff were supportive of the crucifix removals and church demolitions. Ridiculous lies and deception to control people’s minds.

Over 1,200 churches have had crucifixes removed from their building exteriors and more than 20 churches have been completely demolished. This is typical of how Totalitarian governments openly lie to justify their abhorrent practises to control how people think.

The growing anger among China’s rapidly growing Christian community over this campaign of control, which has affected both Catholic and Protestant congregations is cautiously pronounced as the worshippers are well aware of how brutally the government will punish them for their disobedience.

It’s not just the Christians but the Muslims as well. Chinese police have been raiding Mosques and ordering Muslims to hand over all copies of the Koran, prayer mats and all religious items. The authorities have taken the matter a step further by demanding that every single Islam-related item must be removed from people’s homes or they risk severe punishment for non-compliance. China is now home to approximately 97 million Christians and 42 million Muslims.

Government officials are deceptively working towards turning the majority against the minority by persecuting Christians, Muslims and Falun Gong worshippers, identifying them as enemies of the state and that anyone who opposes the government is to be treated as a traitor and acting against the Communist Party.

Religion has been forced ‘underground’ with worshippers opting to practise their faith in private homes. Despite this,
Christians and Muslims along with church pastors and clerics, have consistently faced a crackdown at the hands of the Chinese authorities, with thousands arrested and tortured.

Even the Catholic Church is being targeted. Behind closed doors, the Pope is being coerced into replacing Vatican appointed Chinese Bishops with Communist approved practitioners.

Control Resources

As this venomous spider which is the Chinese Government, spins its web to control and influence nations, governments and citizens across the globe, risks, to the sovereignty of many poorer nations lay precariously at the cliff edge. China has been lending money to countries that don’t have the capacity to manage infrastructure projects within the confines of robust financial governance which often means that projects are not executed well and rarely generate a return in the form of GDP growth.

Specifically, countries loaned billions of US dollar equivalents, also possess inventories of natural resources, namely;

Ecuador – petroleum, fish, timber and hydropower
Angola – extensive diamond reserves, iron ore, manganese and copper deposits
Sudan – significant reserves of chromium ore, petroleum, copper, iron ore, mica, silver, gold, tungsten, and zinc
Nigeria – petroleum, natural gas, tin, iron ore, coal, limestone, niobium, lead, zinc and arable land
Ethiopia – gold, platinum, copper, potash, and natural gas, extensive hydropower potential and arable land
Tanzania – agriculture, forestry, wildlife land, gold, diamonds, iron ore, coal, nickel, tanzanite, uranium and natural gas
Indonesia – steam coal, refined tin, nickel ore, gold, bauxite, lead, zinc and copper
Venezuela – diamonds, bauxite, gold, iron ore, natural gas and petroleum, lead, zinc, tin, copper, uranium and lithium
Iran – oil, natural gas, coal, chromium, copper, iron ore, lead, manganese, zinc and sulphur.
Pakistan – gold, copper, rock salt, gypsum, limestone, chromite, iron ore, silver, gemstones, marbles, tiles, and sulphur
Cambodia – Minerals, soil, timber, salt, fresh water, natural gas, petroleum, coal, animals, fish and agricultural substances Sri Lanka – limestone, graphite, gems, phosphates, clay, bauxite, copper, gold, iron ore, coal, natural gas and petroleum
South Africa – diamonds, gold, iron ore, platinum, uranium, silver, beryllium, and titanium, petroleum and natural gas

The Chinese Government is cunningly deceiving a growing list of resource rich, cash-flow poor nations into a debt trap strategy that involves the offer of cheap loans to countries that will struggle to pay the required interest and will inevitably go into default. This is when those ‘behind closed doors’ negotiation techniques that the Chinese have mastered, will be deployed to extort control over access to ports, infrastructure and natural resources, which is similar to the tactics applied by the varying types of MAFIA that operate around the world.

Control Geographical & Intellectual Boundaries

Since 2004, the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) has converted the Subi, Fiery Cross, Mischief, Gaven, Hughes, Johnson South and Cuarteron reefs, into artificial islands by dredging and pumping sand up from the ocean floor. All 7 of these islands now house military bases, airfields, radar stations, shipping ports, air defence systems, satellite and security infrastructure, gun/missile emplacements and troop garrisons.

In addition, the adjoining sea areas have been claimed by the Chinese Government as being territorial waters and are actively patrolled by military aircraft and naval warships. All ships and aircraft carriers from neighbouring countries are actively warned to change course and leave the area. This block to freedom of navigation, has motivated the Australian, Canadian, Japanese & US navies to converge in the area to conduct joint military exercises as a direct challenge to China.

The Communist Party is using its economic leverage combined with its increased military presence in the region to coerce and influence Cambodia, Laos and the Philippines into giving China a ‘proxy veto’ in the association of Southeast Asian Nations, including its contested claims on the same artificial islands in the South China Sea that are on their doorstep.

China’s military strength is often referred to as small when compared to other nations but where they have advanced is in the area of digital warfare and artificial intelligence they have developed with the indirect aid of the US / UK / European governments through their persistent cyber warfare attacks, their ever present army of spies and offers of monetary enticements to employees of major corporations leading the development of these cutting edge technologies.

Collectively, all of these efforts, combined with the strategic militarisation of countries in Latin America, Africa and the South Pacific with the provision of free military assistance packages in the hundreds of millions of dollars is all pointing to a meticulously planned warfare scenario and/or intent to leverage and exhort control of nations in these geographies.

Boundaries also exist within China and the access to its consumer market base. Foreign companies have complained for decades about having to share their intellectual property secrets in joint ventures in exchange for access to the Chinese market. The implementation of this industrial policy is specifically designed to force the transfer of technology from foreign companies to Chinese firms in order to gain an unfair advantage and build a dominant global presence.

China is coercing foreign firms into providing its state-owned enterprises with below-market acquisition and licensing terms while asserting ownership over any improvements made to the licensed technology. In 2017, the Chinese Government passed a new cybersecurity law that will give China legal authority to require data localisation, restrict cross-border data flows and impose national security reviews with the very real risk of creating a backdoor method to accessing foreign government data, encryption and source code.

Control by Threats of Retaliation

The overwhelming majority of the 1.4 Billion Chinese people that occupy our world are humble and peaceful. It’s the government officials and employees, as the minority that account for the majority of atrocities against human kind.
So emphatic are the threats against their own people and the resultant fear generated so stressful, that ordinary citizens are coerced and blackmailed to report and/or kill ‘suspected enemies of the state’ to ensure their personal and family member safety.

Internationally, China has demonstrated its preparedness to apply severe punishment to governments as well as businesses whenever they feel that their interests have been challenged.

In 2010, when Norway awarded the Nobel Peace Prize to Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo, the Chinese government objected to the award and immediately applied trade restrictions on the importation of salmon into China, causing sales to slump. This restraint of trade lasted 6 years.

In 2017, following the announcement that South Korea would deploy an anti-missile system to defend itself against North Korea, the Chinese government, identifying risks to its own military security, closed down 75 Lotte (South Korean) retail stores across China, citing inspection failures with announcements on the doors saying that fire safety issues needed to be rectified. Ridiculous lies and deception to justify the government’s retaliatory measures.

Successive Chinese ambassadors to Australia have criticised the status of the Canberra and Beijing relationship, often warning that Australia needs to do more to improve mutual trust, stating that if left unattended, it will have undesirable consequences on trade relations with China. The Chinese Government is leveraging its economic clout to control and threaten an ever growing list of nations to conform to its interests.

Return Fire

As in the 1996 movie, ‘Mars Attacks’ where the Martians visit earth announcing that they “come in peace” whilst they begin to obliterate everything that stands in their way, the Chinese Government is similarly forcing it’s agenda to control the world, its citizens and to pillage everything it can, stealthily and overtly.

Taking a stand involves choices which invariably include costs of varying sorts. Here are some suggestions:

  1. Stop buying anything that is made in China or the PRC (Peoples Republic of China)
  2. Don’t shop in stores or on websites that disproportionately range products sourced from China
  3. Don’t vote for political parties that publicly pronounce China as a friendly nation to form close ties with
  4. Don’t buy shares/stocks of Chinese owned companies or where they have significant holdings
  5. Lobby governments to impose trading restrictions on China to limit it using its economic power against us
